3.Hiding-Slade hated that his bird would dare to hide the marks he left on his pretty skin.
4.God-Every night he prayed for one more day with Slade and is surprised that they are still together in the morning.

11.Speech-He never knew how hard it was to say three words, even when they meant the most.
12.Off Day-On slow days he would leave the tower to go look for Slade.
13.Books-Seeing how he relaxed while reading Slade found a first copy of War of the Worlds for Robin's birthday.
14.Noise-They both disliked noise, but late at night they were the loud ones.
15.Name-All Robin wanted to know was his name, he didn't realize he already knew.
16.Change-While they changed with the times their love never did.
17.Red-With blood on his hands, he was now and forever Slade's.
18.Music-While Joey could sing, He preferred to hear the sounds the bird would make.
19.Picture-When the picture fell to the floor the last link to his old life was severed.
20.Danger-They both knew the danger if they were found out, but they loved the risk.
21.Death-When they said Slade was dead he could not, would not, believe it because Slade hadn't said goodbye.
22.Night-The time cities show what they are really like, as did the people of the city.
23.Different-True, they had their differences, but that made things more exciting.
24.Puzzle-Their bodies seemed like pieces of a puzzle, the way they fit together.
25.Game-Life is just a game to them, but sometimes when it's just the two of them they wish they could pause the game.
