Disclaimer: I own nothing except my OC.

Friday morning, the quiet day. Everyone loved the quiet day, a day which didn't involve much in the terms of paperwork, training or actual small scale missions. Friday morning is also the morning when the ammo bill comes out, but MacRae took a different approach, and searched up deals on how much they can save by buying in major bulk. The results were shocking, and he ran to Central control.

"I don't want to alarm anyone" he called out, getting every agents attention. "I just found out that we could save a heap of the fund if we buy ammo in bulk" he yelled out.

At first, everyone looked shocked, then checked their individual bills which they kept in their desks and then, somehow, they all looked at one another, and utter pandemonium ensued. Everyone began screaming, some holding their bills to the ceiling and then asking God 'why didn't we know?'.

"Our Father, who art in heaven..." one of the agents began frantically reciting the prayer.

Jill pulled out a pocket mirror as well as an eye brow pencil, and began applying some, haphazardly on her face, crying in despair as she did so. Rebecca broke out her can of spray that had been converted into a makeshift flamethrower from her time in S.T.A.R.S and she ignited the pile of bills.

Piers sat at his chair, hyperventilating and making incoherent noises though ceased when Chris threw a cup of water all over him. Chris was laughing, though his laughter degraded into crying that matched Jill's despair.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!" O'Brian screamed, shocking everyone.

"Director, I thought you weren't coming until tomorrow" MacRae said.

"You didn't get the memo" he said flatly. "Now, explain this chaos" he said.

"We could've saved lots of our fund if we bought ammo in bulk" he said and O'Brian looked at him blankly.

"Seriously? That's the crisis?" he asked.

"It applies globally" he said, tears of fear in his eyes.

It was silent, and then a single scream erupted from O'Brian, and the panicking resumed in full, some people all of a sudden passing out. Needless to say, Friday wasn't a quiet day.
