There was blood everywhere. On the walls, on the floor, on the murder weapon. The man's head was almost completely concave. The carpet beneath him was stained with blood and brain matter. Agent Gibbs and Ducky studied the body and the sledgehammer that had become the weapon of this man's demise.

"Where you able to lift any prints?" Gibbs asked McGee.

"I got four boss," McGee replied.

"Get em to Abby," Gibbs ordered.

"Right away, boss."

"I don't think that's necessary boss," Tony spoke as he entered the room. "The neighbor confessed."

"What the hell else was I supposed to do? I've had a migraine headache for 17 days and that sorry bastard kept playing his music so loud my walls were shaking!"

"Oh, well that's okay then," Gibbs said. "I probably would of done the same thing."

So they released the young woman and she received a commendation for doing a great public service.
