Circus of Monsters

The double doors to the Hellsing manor flew open with a burst of energy. Between them stood the No-Life-King himself, grinning with newfound malice. Walter having been about to serve their commander her afternoon tea stood only a few paces away, eyes widening slightly at the sight. It wasn't Alucard that surprised him, no, it was the mass of bodies behind the vampire. Before either of them could speak, Integra had made her way to the edge of the stairs to overlook the scene herself. "Alucard - where have you been?" His grin grew wider and with a flourish, the male stepped inside and moved to one knee, bowing his head before peering up at the woman. "My master… I have brought you a most wondrous gift." She narrowed her icy gaze at the vampire, clearly not thankful despite not knowing what exactly he meant. Without a second guess, the vampire stood and turned on his heels. "I present to you, Cirque du Freak!" he bellowed excitedly as they filed into the manor and looked around in wonder. They even took it upon themselves to pull the Wolfman's cage in. It snarled and moved to every corner to peer around, clearly uncertain with its new environment. Usually severe blue eyes widened in astonishment and disbelief at what she saw - A woman with a beard, a monkey girl, a snake boy and his serpent companion, a caged animal and so much more. It was a whole caravan of freaks. For a moment, the only noise was that of the Wolfman's as he snarled and tried to break free of his restraints. That thing was brought into her manor? Gloved hands gripped firmly on the rail above as Integra tried her best to maintain her anger. "Whoa, dude, this place is huge," Evra commented as he looked around. A few of his scale fell off, gracing the floor and he smiled nervously. "Uh, sorry about that. I'm shedding my skin." Darren smiled, clearly amused as Integra's expression only grew more furious. Being the loyal butler that he was, Walter immediately gathered a broom and dustpan, swiftly cleaning up the scaly material with a pleasant smile. Integra on the other hand, was in a foul mood to begin with and did not want anything to do with the lot. "Get out of my manor! Hellsing is NOT a showcase for freaks and we certainly do not provide entertainment!" Before anyone could object or even argue their side, the blonde marched off and slammed the door to her office.

Oh, what a night. Alucard grinned; pleased with his work and the reaction his master gave. He slowly began to give applause and even dared to laugh at the matter, allowing a fair amount of pause between each clap. "Yes, this is excellent! Do not mind my master, for she has yet to truly see what you are capable of… And if you've brewed her blood to this extent, then I can only imagine how furious and astonished she'll be when she finally realizes that you're not leaving." The expression the Nosferatu wore seemed perpetual, and while Walter would have dismissed them, Integra had not given any direct orders. The red-clad vampire seemed eager to show their guests out to the back of the mansion where they decided to set up camp. He was rather intrigued by the bunch, and wondered what would happen should Integra find a few of them… inside her home? The No-Life-King watched as the tents were pitched, a fire was made and things were set in whatever order they desired. His master was certainly in for hell, and there was more to come. Oh yes, he had plans for these, creatures unlike any other. Work had been slow, he was growing bored, and what better way than to have a circus of freaks at Hellsing's Headquarters?

No, soon it will be a Circus of Monsters.
