The Riddler looked as sharp and dapper as always, despite the crummy weather. He wore a long, dark green coat over his suit to keep it dry. He held an umbrella firmly against the rain and wind. It was canvassed with purple and had a custom carved handle that looked like a question mark. The air was chilly and he sniffled slightly as he walked along the sidewalk. He was walking briskly, to avoid being in this weather for longer than was necessary. He heard a cheerful gasp, and stopped to look behind him at his current collaborator, Harley Quinn.

Harley wasn't concerned by the dreary weather. She was wearing plain clothes, nothing specific to protect her from the rain aside from black rubber boots. She was dripping wet and smiling, swinging her arms and splashing in the small puddles on the sidewalk like a child. Riddler followed her line of sight to a very large puddle in the gutter directly beside him. He looked back to her and was uncomfortable to see a look of mischievous determination on her face.

"Harley, no." He said calmly. She smirked and took several large steps forward. "Harley, NO!" Edward nearly shouted. Almost in slow motion, he watched her leap into the air with her feet angled solidly towards the puddle. He tried to recoil and move his umbrella to protect the left side of his body, but he was too slow. The cold, dirty puddle water arced towards him and made contact with the entirety of his outer left leg, soaking through his pants instantly.

Harley burst out laughing at the grimace on Edward's face. He groaned loudly and continued walking. Every few steps he paused to shake his leg, hoping to get some water out of his pants. This made his gait very awkward and only succeeded in making him stay out in the miserable weather for eight minutes longer than he had planned on. Harley chuckled under her breath for the entire walk back.
