Hey guys! Guess what? I'm rewriting Fallen Angel! I was reading through all my old stories and when I reached this one, let me tell you, I could've broken down from embarrassment. My grammar sucked, my punctuation sucked, my plot was practically hole ridden and it just made no sense! I hated it and couldn't stand it so here I am, renovating it :). I hope you guys can stick with me as I do this, for those who have already read this I would love it if you read it again but you don't really have to, it's basically the same with some minor adjustments here and there.

Anyways, without further ado, I present the prologue :D

Prologue

It was said that a long time ago, back when the earth was still new and the people in it still young, the planet was ruled by beings called Angels. These Angels were said to be immortal and possessed otherworldly powers and each one of them specialized in a different skill and thus, no two were alike.

As many would presume, one of the most powerful angels were of the Elemental Angels, and, as the name suggests, they could control the four elements: water, earth, fire and air.

However, despite popular beliefs, the four most powerful Angels were not the Elementals but the three Celestial Angels: the Sun, Moon and Star Angels, and the most powerful Angel of them all and the ruler of all Angels: The Eternity Angel.

Not a lot is known about the Eternity Angel and only people only knew about the powers the Angel possessed through legends and stories. However, it was said that the Eternity Angel was so powerful that the Angel would be able to grant someone immortality or bring that person instant death with a simple wave of the hand, or so legend said.

Nothing could ever be confirmed as us mortals rarely had contact with Angels but they were said to be not only incredibly powerful beings but also immensely beautiful too.

Angels in their true form had majestic wings that sprouted from their back and it was said that the color of an Angel's wings represented how strong they were, the more vibrant the color the stronger the Angel was. However, Angels did not always dwell in their true forms but could change to look like a human if they pleased to.

Also, Angels could see other people's auras, but only if they were powerful enough. Auras only appeared on mortal beings though, as when Angels were transformed, their Auras are actually shaped to form their wings and because of this, the wings of an Angel often reflected their Aura color. The auras of the elementalists were blue, green, violet and red while the auras of the Celestial Angels were gold, silver and ghost blue, the Eternity Angel's aura, however, was never exact and looked like the northern lights, but, the Eternity's Angels wings did not reflect these colors and rather were a glowing ivory white.

The Angels ruled well and all was well throughout the realms. The people prospered under their care and there was peace for many eons.

But, tragedy struck one day when the beloved queen of earth fell terminally ill. People from all over the world prayed to the three Celestial Angels. They hoped that the Celestial Angels would deliver their message to the Eternity Angel and cure their queen. The people of earth prayed so hard for their queen, but to no avail. For at that point in time the Angels were fighting a war.

The Celestial Angels and the Eternity Angel were fighting for the sake of mankind, but their oppositions were Angels themselves. However, these Angels were not pure and rather were contaminated by the underworld and have fallen from grace. They were tempted by the Child of Darkness to work for them and after a few decades of rounding up whatever bad Angels that was possible. They were called the Fallen Angels.

Finally, on the winter solstice, where the days and nights are unbalanced and the good Angels were at their weakest, the Fallen Angels attacked their kingdom. The Fallen Angels were at their strongest while the Angels at their end point.

However, unknown to anybody, although the normal Angels were at their weakest, the Celestial Angels and Eternity Angel were completely unaffected and rather even more powerful. Although unbalanced the days were and though these Angels are on the good side, they are actually a neutral force. They were created with the sole purpose to serve the world, good or bad, they protected everyone and thus their powers were as strong as ever.

They fought with all their might, struggling to push back the enemy forces, so many lives had already been lost and the Eternity Angel was at the end point. The Celestial Angels had already been badly injured and the battle raged on with only the Eternity Angel left to defend the remaining Angels and the throne. Angered by the loss of lives in the battle, the Eternity Angel let loose all the rage and destroyed all the Fallen Angels. But at a terrible price, the Eternity Angel was converted to the dark side and became a Fallen Angel for the murder of souls that could have been saved.

After the war, the Eternity Angel went back to the throne in hope to find solace in the people of earth. But, the people of earth had stopped worshipping Angels and were protesting against them. There was violence everywhere and lives were lost in the riots. The Eternity Angel was horrified, what had caused the people to hate them so?

After much investigation, the Eternity angel soon discovered the queen of earth had passed away after the war. Most of the people of earth were unforgiving towards the Angels for not answering their prayers and saving their beloved queen.

The riots continued and soon the Eternity Angel had no choice but to step in and take control of the situation.

As the Eternity Angel stood in the center of the world, tears poured down the Angels face as the words were muttered with all power that was possible, "Forget."

With that the Angel collapsed and sobbed, "I'm so sorry everyone."
