Trapped in Saffron
He was trapped in Saffron.
It was a little ridiculous, actually. It wasn't Saffron in particular he was trapped in, but all the drama was happening there and going to other towns wouldn't really do much since he couldn't move from them.
Besides, he's already beaten those gyms and gotten his badges. So it was either wait for Sabrina to go back to her gym, or wait for the snoozing Snorlax to wake up so he could get past them to Fuscia City. Or just one of them moving would be enough.
But since he didn't have a Poke flute or any feasible way to obtain one, the only option he had was to wait for Sabrina. And that meant being stuck in Saffron. With all the drama going on at Silph co.
Oh well. At least there was plenty of training to be done.
