I stand there, the little girl drifting off to death as I sing to her. "You have to win Katniss" , "I will Rue I promise" , "Good."And then the canon sounds taking her life and taking a part of me with it.
"Nooooooooooo!"I scream waking myself up, my body covered in a cold sweat from the horrifying nightmare. I look around myself to find that im on the train. It is only now that I register it: I've won the games and I'm finally going home! I am so excited to leave the to fancy capitol and go back to the grime of district 12. I finally get to see the bouncing blonde braids of a giggling Prim, the beautiful smile of my friend Madge, and the beautiful grey eyes of my best friend. Gale. I can't believe it has taken me this long to realize my true feelings for my best friend, i just hope he feels the same way.
