The six cats stared at the old raggedy junkyard.

" I smell kitty pets and Rogues!" one dark tabby cat hissed he sniffed again " It smells HORRIBLE!"

The dark ginger cat scanned the area " Look at that cat over there!, She's red!"

Suddenly a bunch of cats came up to the Clan cats.

" Hello, we are the Jellicles. Do wish to join our tribe?" a silver tabby asked.

Brambleclaw hissed " No, Were are we? Who are you?"

Munkustrap smiled brightly " We are the Jellicles. I am Munkustrap, the clan protector."

Brambleclaw snarled " That's a pretty stupid name ,Munkustrap."

The Jellicle Protector chuckled " What's your name then?"

Squirrelpaw smiled " His names Brambleclaw."

Bombalurina laughed " BRAMBLECLAW that's a dumb name!"

Brambleclaw hissed " You're a stupid name! You wanna fight?"

Munkustrap showed his sharp claws, sharper than any Clan cat, though he still had a smile on his face " Sure Why not."

Brambleclaw retreated " Never mind."

Feathertail purred " You all have pretty markings."

Bombalurina smiled " Thank you! You all have pretty markings as well!"

Crowpaw licked Feathertail's pelt of silver.

Squirrelpaw whispered to Feather tail " Munkustrap looks so similar to you!"

Stormfur asked " Who is your leader, your deputy , your medicine cat If you're a tribe?"

Munkustrap nodded " Old Deuteronomy is our leader. I am the deputy, I guess and I guess either Jellylorum or Jennyanydots are out medicine cats."

Etcetera ran to the conversation with Victoria " Hi I am Etcetera, who are you all?"

Stormfur answered " I am Stormfur, That is Brambleclaw, Feathertail, Tawnypelt, Squirrelflight, and Crowpaw."

Victoria wondered " Why are your names so , odd?"

Tawnypelt laughed " Why are your names so odd? Well our parents give us a name like Tawny then it adds a "kit" to the name then our leader adds the rest like "Paw" and "Pelt" or "Claw"…Its not really that complicated. Once your used to it."

Victoria nodded, she obliviously didn't understand a word of that.

Brambleclaw asked " Are you kitty pets?"

Munkustrap cocked his head " Kitty…Pets?"

Squirrelpaw rolled her green eyes " What Brambleclaw means are you owned by Twolegs?"

Bombalurina, Etcetera, and Victoria cocked their heads.

Stormfur muttered " She means humans?"

Munkustrap nodded with a smile " Some of us are. Some of us aren't."

Crowpaw asked, still licking Feathertail's fur in between words " How, come, you, all, are, so happy?"

Etcetera smiled " That just how Jellicles are! We can sing for you if you want!"

Munkustrap began "Are you blind when your born?"

Suddenly all the Jellicles started singing and two hours and thirty minutes later their musical was almost over leaving six clan cats speechless and jaw dropped.

Squirrelpaw ,freaked out, said " Were is the exit of your territory?"

Munkustrap shushed them " Grizabella's gonna sing, Shuddup!"

Tawnypelt whispered " This way!"

All the Clan cats scurried and shuttered away….Never to see the Jellicles again.
