3 A sequel to Sophie's World
a book little known in the US
that you should read
Sophie's World and any characters or settings in the book Sophie's World that are in this Fanfiction do not belong to me, but they belong to Jostein Gaarder
Sophie woke up in the car, and looked over at Alberto, who was sleeping. She remembered the night before, when she had tried to get Hilde's attention by hitting her head with a wrench, and it did little but sting. Being an imaginary thing was tough, but she could live with it. Maybe she could figure out how to talk to the real world, and Hilde. Alberto said she was good, that she might be able to. Than her mind slid back to what had happened over the past months, from the mysterious philosophy teacher and the post cards to the realization of living within an authors mind, to the eventful Midsummer's Eve party.
How Sophie wanted to talk to Hilde. She was so lonely. It was a little better knowing she could talk to anyone else in the imaginary world, but she longed to get to know Hilde. Maybe, there could be a way. When she hit Hilde with the wrench, it had only felt like the sting of a fly, but the thing was, she had contacted Hilde. And she still had Hilde's crucifix and red scarf. She had taken them with them when she and Alberto had left. Maybe there could be a way…
