Here is just a little something I wrote down to force myself to start writing again. It's a one shot, sort of drabble, about Angela's thoughts on Bella's sudden attachment to Edward.

Troubling Thoughts.
The cafeteria was buzzing with the noise of excited teenagers chatting away. Angela was happily conversing with Jessica and the rest of the group when she saw Bella walk in.
Her face lit up a little. She liked Bella, maybe even more then she liked the rest of the people at school. Sure she was kinda distant and socially inept at first glance, but if you gave her the benefit of the doubt she was just like any other awkward teen. Besides she was a nice kid with her heart in the right place and Angela enjoyed talking to her. She had a calming presence.
She gave her a little wave as a manner of greeting and gestured for her to come on over and sit next to her, but Bella didn't seem to notice her. She was staring past her. Angela turned to see what or who she was looking at.
Right, the Cullens. Angela looked back at her plate and sighed a little as Bella made her way over to their table and sat down. She was happy for her, of course. Bella deserved a nice boyfriend and Angela was sure that Edward was just that. But sometimes she wished that Bella wouldn't just have given up her friends just to hang with him.
Because Angela was sure that if she ever fell in love she would lose a track a little too, but she wouldn't throw away her entire life. That just didn't seem healthy to her. And it wasn't ... right?
But she wouldn't say anything about what she thought, to anyone. Because if Edward and just Edward was what made Bella happy then there really was nothing she could or should say. It was her life.
Angela glanced back at the Cullens one more time and flinched when she noticed that Edward was staring at her. She never felt comfortable when he, or any of his siblings, payed attention to her so she quickly looked away. Was it just her imagination or did he seemed mad at her? His mouth had been a thin line and he had been almost glaring at her. She shook her head. It was probably nothing.
She focused her attention back at the groups discussion of the latest summer blockbuster, just in time to get involved with fixing a date in which they would all go and see it. She almost asked if they should go invite Bella and Edward, but she had kept her mouth shut when she realized herself that they would never come along.
Try as she might, she couldn't suppress the troubling thoughts she had about losing one of her best friends.
