i'm sorry how bad this was first time round but since I upload from my phone it can be difficult and I uploaded the REALLLLLY old version. It was so old i didn't even remember writing it. This first chapter is short but it's still better than the original! So enjoy and please review!
Olivia and Brian were headed home after a long night and were talking about the events that happened that day. The conversation was interrupted by a scream, immediately their detective instincts kicked in. Olivia ran down a back alley while Brian went in the complete opposite direction. Olivia stopped dead in her tracks when she saw Amanda backed against a wall, her attacker made a run for it and despite their best efforts neither Olivia nor Brian caught him. Amanda fell to her knees and Olivia knelt down beside her. "We'll find him" she said quietly as Amanda began to cry.
"No he's gonna kill me the rape was just a warning" she cried burying her face in her hands.
"I promise I won't let that happen" Olivia said softly as Brian ran towards them.
"Backup's on the way" he said breathlessly and Amanda started to shake a little.
"Could you.." Olivia trailed and Brian nodded leaving the two alone.
"I know you don't want them coming here but this is an SVU case and you know everyone is gonna do what ever it takes to find this guy" Olivia said determinedly.
"I don't want to find him, I don't want help I just wanna get out of here" Amanda said angrily and Olivia knew how frustrating it was but it was all necessary. When paramedics entered the alley Olivia backed off and let them do their thing. She just didn't appreciate how they were all men and she knew Amanda wasn't comfortable with it either.
"Olivia please stay with me" Amanda said so Olivia came with her on the drive to the hospital, leaving Brian alone with Nick and Fin. Once they'd reached the hospital Nick rushed to see Amanda and Brian went to collect Olivia even though he knew she didn't want to leave.
After Amanda was given the all clear, she headed home. The rest of the team also called it a night all except Olivia. She was doing research on the casino where Amanda was just before the rape. She couldn't piece it together she was lost Amanda had been on the other side of town and then managed to make it back in just a few short minutes. "Liv give it a rest it's not good for you to be obsessing over this" Brian said and Olivia turned to face him.
"You think I can't handle it?" she asked and Brian sighed.
"That's not what I meant" he sighed but Olivia ignored him and continued to look for an answer. He couldn't help feel like she was keeping something from him and he was going to find out what.
