Hey Luna here...ok I was just watching some season eight episodes and got the best idea ever...remember back to Threads when Potato Head meets Jacob and Jacob tells him not to call him Dad, that he has to marry Sam first....Well we can all think of one man that can call Jacob dad without having to marry Sam...Jack...so here's the brief....Sam, Jacob, and Pete are walking through the SGC when they hear someone call out "Dad!"...they turn and see Jack walking towards them and it's obvious he's talking to Jacob...ok here it goes...have fun...

Sam, Jacob, and Pete walked their way to the elevators to see Pete off. He had work and couldn't stay any longer.
"Dad"
All three turned and saw Jack coming towards them. Jacob smiled at the look on Pete's face when Jacob didn't correct Jack.
"Hey Jack." Jacob said, patting Jack on the back in a one armed hug. "Come to say goodbye to Pete"
Jack looked at Pete then back at Jacob. "No actually I came to talk with you"
"Well give me five minutes and I'll meet you in your office." Jacob said.
Jack nodded. "Kay, five minutes." He nodded to Pete. "Pete, Carter, Dad." Then he turned and walked away.
Once Jack was out of sight, Pete turned to Sam and Jacob.
"How come he gets to call your father Dad?" he asked.
"Jack and I have known each other for many years now and I told him to." Jacob looked at Sam. "I have to go meet with Jack. I'll meet you in the commissary afterwards"
He gave Sam a kiss on the cheek then walked away. Sam didn't look at Pete; she just pressed the elevator button and prayed the ground would swallow her.
Jacob walked into Jack's office and closed both the doors. The men took one look at each other before busting out laughing.
"Sam is going to kill us if she finds out." Jacob managed to say.
"Well then for our sake, she doesn't find out." Jack said, wiping the tears, caused by his laughter, from his eyes.
Jacob nodded and sat down. "Deal"
Jack leaned on his desk. "So what do you think of him"
Jacob shrugged. "Sam is embarrassed by him. He was being an idiot and she was embarrassed. She was never like that when you acted like an idiot"
Jack smiled. "That's because by the time I met you, Carter and I had known each other for a while and she was use to my being an idiot"
"Still I don't see this going all the way. She'll come to her senses before they get to the altar." Jacob said.
Being that he was always honest with Jacob, Jack said;
"I hope you're right."
Sam and Pete stood together in the elevator.
"How long has O'Neill known your dad?" Pete asked.
"About eight years now. They met back in our first year on the program." Sam said.
"And he let's O'Neill call him Dad?" Pete questioned.
Sam sighed and faced Pete. "Dad and General O'Neill have been through a lot together. All three of us have and Dad considers the General to be like a son to him"
"So what do I have to do to have your father think of me that way?" Pete asked.
Sam sighed again and turned back to the elevator doors. "I'm not sure there is anything you can do."
