I Can't Live Without You

Two friends sitting side by side like nothing in the world mattered, the tea, the soft drink and cookies. leaning in on another and stroking his hair. The world was an outsider colliding in on eachother, making worse sense then it deemed on them. When nothing ever mattered but the ones they were with, the short haired man walked into the kitchen the sound of the water running as the cups got washed, sloshy sounds and it made the bowtied man stir from slumber a sound of water, and whistling in a form of giggles.

Giggles always meant something to him, he looked to the kitchen, the letter on the table ignored and broken as if it wasn't going to see daylight again. The giggling stopped when a yawn came, realising it came from his own mouth. Matt sat up on the sofa, rubbing his eyes and looked at the table to see a brown folded paper, the letter as if happy to be released was read, the form of the writing was his partners he couldn't tell whose else it was.. Giggling again the paper on the table again and in the hand of the one leaning on the wall was something, something precious he guessed.

It surprised him even more, down on one knee, in front of him and the words that came from him was unforgettable. He couldn't have stopped the smiles, he didn't want to. The whole thing made his day better or even the world, he could only think of one word in that moment and that was yes.
