Prologue
Since the the beginning of time itself, there were two worlds: Cybertron and Equestria. One inhabited by mighty autonomous robotic organisms, the other by small yet magical equines, pegasi and unicorns. One evolved through science and technology, the other through magic and sorcery. One would find its fate in war, conquest and death; the other in peace, happiness and friendship. However, despite all their contrasts and differences, these two worlds of equally rich history have met before.
Millions of years ago, some of the Cybertronians took on the form of beasts, in the image and likeness of the great Lord and one of the Thirteen Original Transformers, Onyx Prime himself, but then split off into two main tribes, the noble Maximals, and the savage Predacons. For a time, these two rivals fought among another for survival and dominance over their home planet. However, this conflict wouldn't exactly last, for a great cataclysm struck the planet.
While the Predacons seemed to have all perished, some of the Maximals managed to flee and escape Cybertron for survival and refuge among the stars in the far reaches of space. This world full of magic was one of them.
I know it, because I was there, I just didn't remember it, at least not for a very long time...
