About when they became the golden trio, when they became friends.

Hermione let out a sob, thinking about what Ron said earlier today. She had spent the afternoon in here crying. She wasn't worried about missing class, since Charms was her last class. She couldn't believe it, she had hoped she would make friends here.

She was hoping to escape her old school, being bullied, having no friends. But she couldn't it looked like. She was going to have to suck it up and just be herself, who knows maybe the hat was right to suggest Ravenclaw. She stood up and exited the stall while wiping her eyes. She looked up to see a twelve foot mountain troll standing in front of her! She backed up towards the wall and waited to be killed since she knew it saw her. Death never came instead she heard a yell.

"Hey pea-brain!"

I look over and I see Harry and Ron, man am I glad to see them. Harry yelled at Ron to distract it, while he came over to me and tried to get me to move. I was frozen with fear, so I couldn't really move. The troll was finished with trying to attack Ron and decided to go with a target that stood still.

He started to come after me again but Harry jumped on his back and somehow his wand got stuck in the troll's nose, ugh gross. The troll tried to hit Harry with his club after he got Harry off his back. Harry yelled at Ron to do something, anything. I saw Ron pull out his wand and yell a spell that we had learned today in class.

"WINGARDIUM LEVIOSA!"

The club slipped out of the troll's hand and hung in mid air till Ron dropped it on his head. He dropped Harry, who scooted back to avoid being smooshed by the troll, and collasped on the floor. Hermione started to walk over to the two boys as Harry pulled his wand from the troll's nose.

"Ew troll boogies."

He wiped his wand on the troll's loin cloth as Hermione started to wonder.

"Is it dead?"

"No just knocked out."

At that moment Professors McGonagall, Snape, and Quirrell walked into the bathroom and were shocked by what they saw. They asked what happened and Hermione took the fall and lied to protect the two boys, since they protected her. In the end she had five points taken away and sent to her house common room.

About five minutes after she arrived the two boys walked through the portrait. She walked up to them and smiled shyly.

"Thanks."

They both nodded at her and at that moment they were friends. Things were looking up and she now had friends. That was when they became the golden trio.
