A/N: I don't own Doctor Who or Gravity Falls

"I don't know about you dude, but I'm getting a creepy vibe from that watch" Soos admitted to his younger friend

Dipper paid the handy man's words no mind, he sat in his great-uncle's chair as he lovingly held the pocket watch in his hand as if it where a precious gem. Earlier today he help his heavyset friend move some boxes out of the Mystery Shack's attic when he came across an little gold watch among the antiques and knick-knacks. The second he laid eyes upon the item, he instantly felt a connection to it. Without giving it a second thought, he quickly snatched up the watch and took down stairs, leaving Soos behind to work alone and goes without saying that his older friend was getting a tad worried about the boy's sudden obsession.

"Look at it Soos, have you ever seen such a beautiful in your mortal life?" Dipper asked in almost a whisper as he ran his fingers over the strange symbols that adorned the watch's metal

"Yeah I guess it's kinda cool looking" Soos nervously said "but I think its broken dude, why don't you like throw it away or sell it online?"

"I will do no such thing!" the boy snapped back "This watch belongs to me and will not let you or anyone else take it away from me!"

The handyman helped out in fright at the pre-teen's sudden outburst and slightly backed away from him out of fear. This wasn't curiosity; this was a sickness that was running through Dipper's mind-at least that's what Soos surmised.

As Dipper continued to caress his precious watch, he began to hear something. At first, it started off like it was miles away until it suddenly the sound to bang away in his mind to the point where he couldn't hear anything else but the sound. The mysterious sound that rattled around in Dipper's head came in the form of a rhythmic pattern of four and while it was driving the boy mad, there was a small part of him that welcomed the sound, like it was a long lost friend.

He didn't know why, but he had a feeling that if he opened the watch that the sound would at least die down for a little bit. So with that, he carefully opened the watch's lid and gazed deeply into the inner workings of the watch as a flood of memories washed through his mind like a tidal wave.

He remembered everything in an instant: His battle with Rassilon and the Time-Lord High Council as well as his escape back to earth where he used a perception filter to make a whole family think they had twins instead having an only child before locking away his past away inside his fobe watch once more and living out a semi-normal life in the identity of Dipper Pines.

But above all, he remembered him.

While all this was going on, Soos was confused by what had just happened to his young friend and decided that he needed medical help.

"Something ain't right with you dude" he began "I think you need a doctor or something"

Dipper slowly looked away from his prized item and locked his eyes on the wider man, sending a chill down Soos's spine as he did. As the heavyset man looked back at the pre-teen, his insides began to churn, as if they were trying to warn him that this boy wasn't to be trusted at all.

"I think your right Soos…" he said darkly with a sinister grin spreading across his lips "I think what I need right now…is a doctor…"

After giving Dipper a quick nod, Soos bolted out of the room, partly in order to seek out aid and partly to get away from him. And so the boy sat alone in the room, tapping his index finger on the armrest.

Tapping his finger, to the sound of drums.

A/N: this little drabble popped into my head randomly and since both Gravity Falls and Doctor Who were returning, my brain was like 'Do it! Do It Now!'. I hope you guys enjoyed it despite how short it was.
