Author's note: I was extremely bored and watching Wicked things on youtube. Don't blame me for this story, blame youtube. I guess.
A shrill scream resounded from the girl's dormitories. Elphaba knew it was Galinda, because of the fact that only dogs could hear her high pitched cry. The rather annoyed green girl rushed upstairs to make sure Galinda hadn't set something on fire---again.
Galinda looked up as Elphaba burst through the door. "Elphie! Loook!" she squealed.
Now, over the years, Galinda had been collecting miniature animals. Her favourites were the glass birds and the small pink elephant that she had lovingly, if not unoriginally named, "Pinkie." It was this miniature that she now held in her outstretched hands, eager to show Elphaba her handiwork.
Elphaba looked at the small pink animal and saw with moderate shock that it was moving happily around Galinda's pale hands.
"Good sweet Luriline! You've actually accomplished something!"
"Miss Elphaba, I am too happy to pay any attention to your sarcasm."
Suddenly, Pinkie leaped from Galinda's hands.
"Quick, get him!" Elphaba shrieked. She ran to the corner of the bedroom and grabbed the broom that they used to clean their dorm.
"No Elphie! You'll kill him!" Galinda quickly dropped to her knees and began to crawl after the small nuisance.
Pinkie had run between Elphaba's legs by this time, and she was franticly whacking the broom on the ground, in an attempt to stun the elephant.
Downstairs in the Headmistress's office, Madame Morrible was sitting down to her afternoon tea. "My word," she said, hearing the ruckus coming from upstairs. "It sounds like there's an elephant on a rampage." She hurried upstairs to see what the trouble was.
Author's note 2: Like it? Hate it? Please review. If I get good reviews, there may be a chapter 2.
