I read a story and I can't find it. I remember quite a bit of detail but I've googled it like crazy and nothing comes up. So here are the details. Obviously contains spoilers.
Bella swan is working in a DNR type setting like fish and game at a national park. Charlie Swan is still chief in forks. Bodies of young woman keep showing up in forest mutilated. All the bodies bare a stark resemblance to Bella herself. Towns people think it's the work of wolves. Bella believes it's a werewolf. La Push/Sams gang believes it's the Cullens.
Bella is messed up from finding the mutilated body and goes to spend the evening with Leah at First Beach. They basically drink to relax. Leah changes into a wolf in front of Bella. She almost attacks Bella but is stopped by Rachel who is a shifter as well. Bella acts shocked and scared. But really she knew all along.
Bella meets Emmet and Rosalie at an electronics store. Bella and Emmet are there to buy a drone. Bella for her work so the can search the forest for more evidence for murders. Rosalie notices that Bella's eyes are red, but everyone else sees them as brown. Bella gets close to Emmet so she can investigate cullens and make sure they aren't responsible.
Billy Black sees Rosalie in town with Bella and accuses her and her family of the murders. Bella sticks up for her. Billy tries to shoot Rosalie, ends up shooting Bella. A couple days later Bella is over at the Cullens and Rosalie wants answers. During a chess game Rosalie ask about Bellas eyes. Bella pretends ignorance. Rosalie exposes the fact Bella doesn't have a gun shot wound. Bella takes off running. Rosalie and Jasper chase her. Bella turns into a werewolf. (Bella was turned into a werewolf when she was younger on a camping trip with her father. She was bitten but not killed by the werewolf.) Leah and Rachel run in and help protect Bella.
They all agree to join forces to stop whoever is causing murders. At one point Bella goes shopping with Alice. They share a dance because Alice says she never got to go to prom. Alice jokes to Rosalie that it was a nice date. Rosalie at this point likes Bella. So she ask her out for a day. They go to Seattle to the space needle and dinner. At one point they are out on observatory deck and kiss. They get yelled at by guard. I can't remember if they sleep together that date or not. If so they end up going to a hotel. So anyway they basically start an affair.
Meanwhile they are still training to take on the werewolves and/or vamps responsible for deaths. They all gather on one night and are faced with vamps. They are quickly killed and the group are attacked by a large group of highly trained werewolves. They are taken captive by these werewolves and taken to a group of werewolf queens. Normally they would all be killed because Bella exposed the existence of werewolves to vampires. Even though she didn't know it was against the rule. Instead they offer her a deal. Kill the 4th werewolf queen who is rogue. Bella will become a werewolf queen and everyone will be allowed to live. She ends up taking the deal. And story ends with Bella and Rosalie back at Seattle on deck of same restaurant and get yelled at by same guard.
There are lots more little details I could give. But it's too much to write. And this is driving me crazy because I can't find it. And I swear it was here and not on archiveofourown or Wattpad. I've checked both those sites anyway as well. So if you know this story please tell me what it is.
