Fred and George marched into the common room. "Gryffindors! We come bearing ice cream!"
Immediately most of the first and second years scrambled to surround the boys, who produced bowls and spoons from somewhere and began passing out the treat, asking each kid, "Chocolate or Strawberry?"
Once the crowd of little kids was dispersed, Fred and George turned on the older ones, who were sitting and watching with amused expressions. They circled the room, forcing ice cream upon the bemused Gryffindors. Soon almost everyone had a bowl of ice cream in their hands.
"Hermione!" Fred yelled, plopping down on the couch next to the girl. "Chocolate or Strawberry?"
Rolling her eyes Hermione replied Chocolate. Meanwhile George was after his younger brother. "So, ickle Ronniekins, Chocolate or Strawberry?"
Ron looked up from his homework, which he had been pretending to do. "Don't call me that. And Strawberry."
Right about this time Harry came down into the common room from his dorm. Both twins yelled, "Harry! Chocolate or Strawberry?"
Harry glanced up, the expression on his face looking as if this should have been obvious. "Chocolate, I'm not stupid."
Ron's head shot up, ice cream forgotten in his lap. "Are you implying that I am stupid?"
Harry was trying to figure out how to not insult his friend with his answer. "Well, Hermione's got Chocolate, and we all know how smart she is…" he trailed off, seeing that Ron was apparently not satisfied with his answer.
"You think I'm stupid!" Ron cried, jumping up, his ice cream falling on the floor. Hermione sighed and vanished it. Ron leapt at Harry, tackling him to the ground. Harry tried to fend him off, but Ron had the advantage of his height. Harry would have used his wand, but Ron had knocked it out of his hand, and seemed to have forgotten that he himself was a wizard.
Hermione let them fight for a few minutes before stunning them both. After letting the boys up, she proceeded to lecture them about fighting like Muggles, and with their best friend no less! And meanwhile, Fred and George simply helped themselves to a bowl of ice cream each, and settled down to watch the show.
Author note: this was based off a quote by Daniel Radcliffe from a video on YouTube. When Tom Felton asked each of the cast members if they preferred Chocolate or Strawberry, Dan answered, "Chocolate, I'm not stupid." Rupert actually said Chocolate too, but it fit the plot to have him pick Strawberry…
