It was a wet, rainy day as Sam was walking home annoyed since he didn't have a good day what with the weirdoes being weird at the Muppet Theatre and Constantine causing mischief had angered him and the rain added to his bad mood, since after Jean came into his life had been helping loosen him up being silly, sweet and healing the hurt Eunice had done to his heart by flying the coop but a car horn broke his train of thought.

It was the Le Maximum!

"Sam, why're you walking home, in the rain?" Jean asked.

"I was in the mood to walk home Jean, as I was having a bad day." Sam told him.

"Aww, get in, you can't stay out in the rain." Jean told him.

Sam got in but closed the door but buckling himself in as today had been one of those days as he was venting to Jean about this terrible day.

"Well maybe your day will get better mon ami." Jean said as they arrived at their house getting out of the Le Maximum and entering the house seeing Sam go upstairs to take a hot bath since Jean had suggested it.

But today was National Hugging Day making Jean smile as he loved hugs, everybody loved hugs but something came to mind.

After they had busted Constantine and Dominic, he and Sam had hugged and it had been magical to the point where Sam had cried.

"Maybe a hug will cheer Sam up, after his lousy day." Jean said humming to himself.

Later Sam came down in his night sweater but was on the couch beside Jean, his most favourite and adorable person in the world seeing a framed photo of them after they first met.

Jean then wrapped his arms around the blue feathered eagle as he hated not seeing him smile like Jean when he had a bad day but that warm, fuzziness happened.

"Merci my Jeanbug, as you know how to make a lousy day better, but your hugs are magical." Sam said to him.

"Well my mama taught me how the magic of a hug helps." Jean said.

Sam smiled just staying in the embrace as the rain fell outside but the hug ended after a few moments.

I couldn't help myself writingbthis, after finding out last Wednesday was National Hugging Day and I know how Jean and Sam love to hug so in this little story, Sam is having a lousy day and annoyed until Jean helps.

I'm gonna admit it, these two are so sweet and cute especially when watching Most Wanted
