The Forgotten Marauder
It was a full moon and Moony was especially nasty that night. Already James and Peter were against the wall unconscious with minor cuts and bruises. I was practically alone with an agitated Moony. I tried to calm him – but we ended up just rolling. Suddenly I heard a voice, a beautiful voice, which I knew, could only belong to one person. Moony instantly calmed upon hearing the voice of his moonlight mistress. He limped away and his own injuries were healed. The voice became a solid form of a young 17 –year-old girl with flowing black hair and deep hazel eyes with moon-shaped glasses, similar to Dumbledore's.
As she sang a wordless lullaby Moony drifted into sleep and Prongs and Wormtail's injuries were also healed. The girl winked and said
"Do not be afraid Padfoot, I'll always be around here and there, be careful lover-boy!" with that her wings showed themselves as she flew into the night.
Killed by deatheaters, Anna 'Angel' Potter will remain a marauder in memory alone. The Forgotten marauder – you'll always be in our hearts.
