[Well, first story that actually gets finished. In case you're confused, it takes place between Isaac and Garet's departure from Vale and their arrival at Vault. Enjoy.]

"Please?"
"No."
"Please?"
"No!"
"Isaac, Please?"
"No Garet!" Isaac said, turning around to face his companion. "Remember the time when we tried to sneak into Sol Sanctum via the forest? We were lost for a day. And why was that? Because you were leading us."
Garet stomped his foot on the dusty ground. "C'mon Isaac. I've walked to Vault a lot with my Grandpa for meetings with the Mayor of Vault. And anyway!" He said, gesturing to the endless forest around them, "We can't get more lost now!"
Isaac looked toward the sky. It was getting dark, and the pair had set out from Vale only this morning. "Vault should be near..."
He hated to admit it, but he and Garet were lost.
"Alright Garet...Lead on."
"Yay"! Garet cried, before turning and running in a seemingly random direction.
"Garet, wait! You don't know where you're going!" But Garet was oblivious to his words. "Dammit..." Isaac sighed to himself, and ran after his Fiery-haired friend.
The two ran for nearly a quarter of an hour before Garet stopped. "See? Vault!" Isaac followed Garet's gaze. The two were on the edge of the forest, and a town was directly in front of them, snuggled into the mountains.
"...Garet?"
"Yeah Isaac?"
"That's Vale."
"...Oh. Whoops."
"Let's go. We've got a long night ahead of us..." Isaac said, turning back into the forest.
"...Hey Isaac? Can I-"
"No."
