The Promethans
The Promethans originally started out as a secret project of two citizens on Planet X. They had no real goals for the project other than proving that they could do it. It took nearly three years for the two to complete two prototypes of the seventy foot tall robots. They had been found out towards the end and were rushing to get the two robots powered up. They were unsuccessful. The SWAT team broke into their place and arrested the two because they were unauthorized to do such a thing. Right before they were captured, they managed to finish uploading the primary system software. So the two "giants" were on a very slow first time boot. Since the scanning technology did not exist at the time, the Forerunners relocated the "giants" to a nearby titan class planet. This planet is pretty similar to Earth, except that it is one thousand time larger. After a few days the two "giants" woke up. And they explored around and kept themselves busy by tinkering around with junk they found and talking with each other. After a while they gave each other names. The first one is Dan, the other is Shana. They were very content just the way they were for a while. But after a couple of years they started to get bored of each other. So they decided to build more of each other. All of them had a name, there is also a lot of them.
