Okay, so I decided that I need to make my stories more descriptive so I'm starting this. It's been in my head for awhile and I need to get it out into the open. If you think the chapter needs more description just say in the comments or pm me. PS: 'Nonagenarians' means people in their nineties.

Prologue
A girl, no older then 13, runs down the dull streets of Brooklyn to where her father spent most of his days. She has his briefcase in her hands. If her dad wasn't there or home then he was at one of the many American military bases in the world.
She ran into an antique shop that looks totally normal on the outside. Its walls were made of brown bricks with a huge window out front and above the door it says Brooklyn Antiques in gold. She rushed into the store and there's the ringing of a little bell to signal her entrance. The entire place smells of dusty old books. An old woman came up to her and asked, "Wonderful weather this morning, isn't it?"
"Yes, but I always carry an umbrella," The girl replied, slightly out of breath.
The woman went behind the counter and pressed a button that was below it as the girl proceeded into the back of the store where there was a wall of antique books. Suddenly the book cases that cover the right wall opened to reveal a cold, steel door that was as thick as Chicago's pizza. She hated that deep dish pizza. She rushed in and navigated her way through the labyrinth-like hallways to the office of Howard Stark.
"Carman. What are you doing here?" Howard said as he looked up from his search for Captain America. His office had screens of black and white images from his search. There are papers scattered everywhere and a smaller room in the back for Howard to have his own space when he's inventing new things.
"Howard, I found it. Well, a part of it." The girl, Carman, opens her father's leather briefcase and finds the paper with the formula for a small yet important part of the Super Soldier Serum.
"You found what?" He asked. Carman hands the paper to Howard who looks over them. When he finishes his face breaks out into a huge smile. "You found it!"
"That's what I said," Carman comments, slightly exasperated, "This part of the serum creates a protective system of regeneration healing." Howard picked up Carman and spun her around. "You are way too excited about this."
"Well, it must be exciting to you! You found this and you're smiling like a maniac."
"Well of course I am, I'm ecstatic!"
"I'm going to start working on the formula. Do you want to help me?"
"Heck Yeah!"
"Carman Ann Erskine, you are brilliant!"
"Well, no one is more brilliant than you. I'm just lucky to have an amazing god father like you to teach me."
1 Week later
"Carman, are you sure you want to do this?" Howard asked his god daughter.
"Yes. I want to make my father and mom proud, I-I want to do this," Carman answered.
"Alright. Step in."
Carman stripped off her shirt reviling a gray cotton tank top. She stepped into the capsule and they injected her with penicillin and then the Regenerate serum. The pain was excruciating. It wasn't as bad as the Super Soldier Serum was as a whole, Carman guessed, but it still did hurt.
Who knew the serum would make her life so much better and yet extremely worse at the same time?
