Chapter 1
June came. Melanie C was expecting the baby by the end of the month. She sat in the living room with me, twins, & Victoria.
"Oh Great" Melanie C said holding her stomach.
"That the baby is kicking again Sporty?" Nina asked with a smile.
Sporty shook her head no and squeezed her eyes shut.
"Melanie are you alright?" asked Victoria.
"I think its time" said Melanie C.
We all looked at each other, then I rushed to her side.
"Janie, it's too early. I'm 2 weeks early, what if something's wrong??" she asked
"I'm sure nothing's wrong. These things happen. We'll get you to the hospital. Nina can you call the others and tell them to meet us there?" I asked while helping Melanie C up.
Nina nodded.
"What about Thomas? I need him here" Melanie C said.
"Don't worry I'll phone him and tell him to meet us there" said Victoria.
"Thanks Vicky" saidVictoria.
So I led Melanie C out to the spice bus. "Do you need anything before we go?" I asked.
"I'm fine Janie." She said.
"Ok…….GUYS HURRY UP!!!!!!" I yelled.
"WE'RE COMING!!!!!" Yelled Jessica.
They came out.
Just before Melanie C got into the bus she said "Guys this is definitely not a false alarm, my water just broke."
"Its okay sporty." Nina said and she got into the bus.
"I'm scared" Melanie C whispered. I hugged her to cheer her up.
"Come on you've go the others &Thomas waiting for you at the hospital & a baby waiting to be born." I said.
She smiled & got into the bus and Victoria drove fast to get to the hospital.
"It hurts so much" said Melanie C.
"Just breath Mel" said Victoria. Which Melanie did.
