This Challenge is about Harry Potter and Blaise Zabini. Its going to be slash.
Harry was heavily abused by the Dursleys. He learned not to trust adults so when Hagrid took him to Diagon Ally he slips away after Gringotts to explore on his own.
While doing so he gets into Knockturn Ally. Here he feeles much more at ease than in Diagon Ally, because of the dark magic around (Harry's core is dark by nature).
He decides to buy his school supplies here and while doing so he stumbles into Blaise and his mother.
Blaise insists, that Harry come with them to do the shopping and Harry, feeling strangely drawn to Blaise agrees.
After the shopping they part and Blaise only knows Harry's first name.
Harry goes and finds Hagrid again, plays a little innocent and goes back to the Dursleys.
The rest of the summer Harry study's and enjoyed terrifying the Dursleys with some hexes he treys out on them (because his wand is from Knockturn Ally it doesn't have the trace or because Harry hasn't been to Hogwarts he hasn't one I'm not sure which has the trace on it...).
On the train Blaise and Harry meet again (Harry finds the Platform on his own because he can sense magic and he has studied a lot of books).
Harry gets sorted into Slytherin. The school is shocked and bulling starts up fast. But Harry tacks secret revenge with the help of Blaise and some other Slytherins (Draco, Theodore, Millicent...).
The Slytherins are on Harrys side. They protect their own.
Even Snape changes his image of Harry pretty soon and becomes a person Harry can trust.
When the troll gets into the castle Harry and co have no reason to go after it. He and the other Slytherins go to the library (the troll should be in the dugongs... the Slytherin common room is in the dungeons... where to go where to go...)
Because of that Hermione dies.
Despite Dumbledore trying to lead Harry to the mystery of the philosophers stone Harry don't go after it and stays out of it.
Despite that Quirrle cant get the stone because of the enchantment on the mirror. In the end Dumbledore comes back, realises what is going on and confronts Quirrle.
It ends with Quirrles death and Voldemort fleeing.
Harry spends the summer with Baise despite Dumbledore's attempts of interfering.
There Blaise and his mother find out about the abuse and take legal steps to get Harry away form his "family".
Snape steppes up and adopts Harry as his son.
In second year Harry naturally doesn't try to save Ginny, but he got curious and tried to find the chamber of secret.
When he and Blaise find it they encounters Tom Riddle, while he sucks the life out of Ginny (he wasn't dub enough to proclaim what he was doing on a corridor wall)
They talk and realise that their views aren't that far from each others. After sucking Ginny dry they make an unbreakable vow to not kill each other (if you make Harry join him is up to you but Harry is at last neutral).
Voldemort leaves the castle thou a secret passage and starts gartering his followers (he is more sane in this fic and his followers while respecting him aren't terrified of him.
Because of Ginny's dispersants the Weaslys don't go to Egypt and Pettigrew's picture doesn't appear in the paper. Because of this Sirius doesn't brake out and dies only a few months later.
After that its up to the writer to decide what happens next. It would be good when Harry and Blaise get together around fifth year.
You could also add an creature inherence or something...
