The man scooted across the carpet in his socks, not lifting his foot up one bit.
The Emperor of the Galaxy looked at the man in puzzlement. The man continued, oblivious of his stare.
After a long minute of watching this, the Emperor asked "What are you doing?"
The man replied by scooting up to him and stuck his finger on the back of his hand. The Emperor felt a tiny static electric shock. The man looked at him expectantly. "Did you feel it?" he asked.
"Feel what? That tiny shock?"
The man nodded very seriously.
"Yes."
The man jumped up and down and waved his hands around. "Whoooo! Force Lightning!" and ran out the door, leaving a very puzzled Emperor Palpatine in his wake.
