The Smell Will Go On

Every night in my dreams

I see you, I smell you

That is how I know your feet stink

Far across the distance

And spaces between us

You have come to show your feet stink

Near, far, wherever they are

I believe that the smell does go on

Once more you open the door

And you take off your shoes

And the smell will go on and on

Stink can touch you one time

And last for a lifetime

Until I shoot you with my gun

Stink was when I smelled you

One true stink I hold to

In my nose the smell will go on

You're here, there's plenty I fear

For I know that the smell does go on

You'll stay forever this way

And you'll take off your shoes
