I know it's been forever, but do not threat, for I am alive.
Take this as an apology for getting rid of all the other stories.
Honestly though, they were crappy. This is better. I promise.
Three children sat on a park bench together. Best friends, two boys and a girl.
The first boy was Uchiha Sasuke. He had glasses that covered his dark eyes, and hair as black as night. He had the look of a nerd about him, scrawny little boy.
"Well…"
Haruno Sakura. A little girl, though if it wasn't for her pretty face and unusually pink hair her choice of clothing could have fooled anyone. Large green eyes glazed over.
"Yeah…"
Lastly, Uzumaki Naruto, the little blonde boy. He jumped up from his seat, blue eyes going wide.
"SERIOUSLY!?"
…
…
Sweet Home Koshigawa
…
…
"Class"
Koshigawa Elementary School's fourth grade class turned curiously to stare at Hatake-sensai., their eccentric, if not completely insane, math teacher. He continued.
"Today is a very sad day. Our dear friend Haruno Sakura will be leaving us, moving far far away to Tokyo."
"It's not that far."
"Don't interrupt my monologue Uchiha. Now, tomorrow she will get in that car and leave us all…so say your goodbyes now so I don't have to give you an assignment."
With that he sat down and pulled out his favorite orange book. No one moved for a couple of minutes before they all resumed what they had been doing earlier.
Only two went to see Sakura.
"Sakura-chan! Why are you moving away!" Naruto whined trying to hug her. She side stepped and watched him fall on the floor.
"Naruto…" She sighed.
"Stupid, she already told you why."
Sasuke scolded him, trying like always to act older than he was, but that was the usual with him.
"Mom and Dad hate each other now" Sakura began to cry.
"And it's all my fault." Waterworks.
"Sakura…it's not your fault that your parents are getting a divorce."
She wailed at the word divorce.
Sasuke looked uncomfortable. He had never seen her like this. H was a smart kid, but he still had no idea how to handle a crying girl.
"C'mon Sakura-chan" She paused for a moment.
Naruto put his fist on her cheek and pushed her face to the side in a mock punch.
"Tomboys aren't supposed to cry."
BANG!
"SHUT UP!"
"Ouch. Ow. Geez Sakura!"
Sigh.
"Idiot."
An awkward silence filled the air. The three best friends stood in front of a car with a trailer full of possessions attached.
"I'll come back some day…When I'm all grown up. I'll come back and I'll show you I'm not a tomboy!"
She hugged the two boys. "That's a promise"
Suddenly a small figure came out of the house next door.
"Well look, my lazy neighbor decided to get out of bed for five minutes just so he could come say goodbye to me!"
"Troublesome."
The car drove off while the three figures watched it fade away.
"I kinda miss her already."
"Me too."
Yawn.
"Sasuke?"
"Yes?"
"You should dye your hair pink."
Pause.
Pause.
"Idiot."
"I'm going back to sleep."
8 Years Later
A small red car drove past a sign that read-
Koshigawa 5 miles
A pair of pretty pink lips smirked.
"Almost there."
"That's great, now change the song."
"Shut up I like this song."
"Whatever! This song sucks!"
"P-please don't fight."
"God who's idea was it for you three to come along on my road trip!"
