Tony walked silently through the cemetery. He'd walked these steps so many times before; he'd been to see her everyday since he'd taken a leave of absence from NCIS. The stress was too much on him, he needed peace and quiet. He needed to be with her.

He found her grave and, like every other time, knelt down beside it. In his ears, the sound of her voice rang clearly as if she was standing right beside him. He could still remember every little detail about her. Her smile, her laugh, her beautiful eyes.

"Kate, I can't do this anymore. I can't keep going on with out you in my life." Tony said, fighting back tears. "I need to be with you, now and forever. I need you Kate."
Tony pulled his gun out of his jacket pocket. He held it in his hands in front of him, looking it over. He took out the single bullet he had brought with him and placed it in the gun. He placed it on the ground next to him and took out the goodbye letter he had written and tied to a red rose. He opened it again, to read it one last time, his last words to his friends and family. I'm sorry I had to do this, goodbye was all it said. He placed is in front of the tombstone and picked the gun back up again, pointing it at his head.
"We'll be together soon Kate." He managed to say between the sobs, tears running down his face.

that every night while you are dreaming

And anytime I feel alone I'll close my eyes and just be there where you are
The loud bang from the shotgun resounded in the silent and empty cemetery. Tony's body lay on the ground, blood pooling beneath his head. Tony's spirit stood beside his body, he looked down at it with a contemplative yet sad expression. When he looked up he saw Kate before him. She was as beautiful as he had remembered. She reached out a hand for him.
"Why did you do this Tony?" She asked as he took her hand in his.
"Because I had to be with you Kate. I tried to live with out you, but I just couldn't."
"Well, now we can be together, forever. I love you Tony, I always did."
"I love you too Kate."
The two looked upward together and faded away, leaving only Tony's dead body, the gun and the empty, lonely cemetery behind.
