"Please." I begged to Katniss. I couldn't feel anything in my body, and I all I wanted to be was dead. I wanted the pain to stop and to be with Clove again. Katniss stood at the top of the Cornucopia and nodded her head and that was all I was able to see until a bright, warm light blinded me.

"Clove?" I called out. I didn't know where I was. I'm pretty sure its in Victors Village in District 2, but it felt different. "Clove?" I called out once again, but there was no answer.

"Cato?" I heard a familiar voice call out. I turn around and there she was. Her hair was hanging long past her shoulders and she was wearing a plain white dress. She looks... angelic.

"Clove!" I cried as I ran into her arms. "I thought I would never get to see you again."

"Me neither. I was kinda hoping you would return to me sooner than later. Is that bad?" she cried into my shoulder. I grabbed her head and whipped the tears streaming down her face.

"No, its not bad. I'm here now, and thats all that matters." I tell her. She smiles. "I'm sorry I didn't get to you in time to save you. We could have been the victors instead of Fire Girl and Lover Boy." I tell her.

"Its ok, Cato." She says. "We are going to have a much better life here. I have a surprise for you." She says and walks away for a moment. She comes out with a baby wrapped in a blanket.

"How- hows this possible?" I ask

"Miracles happen here. She's yours. Remember the night before the games?" She says winking

"Yeah." I say reminiscing. "But you died. If you were pregnant then the baby would've died with you." I say.

"Yes, that meant she came here with me. Here, you hold her." She says placing the baby in my arms. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She looks nothing like Clove. "She looks like you, doesn't she? I named her Pansy, after your sister." Pansy. My sister that died in the Hunger Games two years ago. Now my daughter is Pansy. I looked at her, she really did look like me. That is when I knew what Clove meant. We will have a better life here.

"Come on, Lets go home." She grabs my spare hand and we walk down the rocky path. This is where we belonged.
