Killing a Traitor
It was a quiet night in the world that never was except for the lone figure standing and embracing the moonlight. Any minute now the figure would be committing a murderous act all so he could get a heart. As he stood there waiting he recalled the conversation that had led to this event.
"You know that Axel has officially defected from the organization and that he must receive the maximum punishment right Saix? "Yes superior I am fully aware of the treasonous acts that Axel has committed against the organization and will gladly eliminate the traitor; I actually consider it an honour that you would select me for this task. Xemnas smiled wickedly at this and replied "I trust no one more than you Saix to complete this task as quickly as possible understood? Because if you fail you too shall receive the same fate. Now go and report back with good news understood? Saix nodded then went to wait for Axel's return.
However, Saix was beginning to wonder if the Superior was wrong and Axel wouldn't actually return to the world that never was, that theory was ruined when he heard a dark portal opening a few minutes later and he turned around to see Axel stepping out of it. "Hello Axel good of you to come here to help us with our mission Saix said sarcastically. "Good to see you to Saix Axel snarled at him. Still following the superiors orders like a good puppy are you? Well of course you are or you wouldn't be standing here waiting to take me to him. You do realize by now that he doesn't actually plan on helping us get our hearts back right? What would be the point? The organization is destroyed and Xemnas only wants to open Kingdom Hearts for his own selfish gain. "You're wrong Axel, have you forgotten the Organization's mission it was to get our hearts back and we will still do that even if most of the members are dead that was their own fault for being traitors or too weak to stay alive long enough. And unfortunately for you, you too were a traitor and you know what happens to traitors Axel. Axel looked shocked then smirked "Bring it on then he said confidently. They then both summoned their weapons and engaged in a tough ferocious battle which went on for a long time till finally Axel collapsed due to a blow Saix had dealt him. As he laid there fading away he muttered one last thing to Saix. "Thanks to you I will finally be with Roxas once again and will finally feel like I got a heart after all. So who is the true winner here Saix? I'm pretty sure it's me because you won't get a heart and no one will be waiting for you when you die. He then completely faded away leaving Saix in deep thought about what he had said.
"It is done then? Xemnas asked Saix when he saw him enter their meeting room. Saix nodded. Good job Saix because of you no one can betray us ever again goodnight. Once he was gone Saix sat there and thought "What if Axel was right and Xemnas really doesn't plan on helping us get our hearts? He shook his head. Axel couldn't have been right it had to have been one last desperate plea to save his pathetic worthless life. Whatever the case was a traitor had been eliminated and for that Saix was glad he then went to bed to prepare for the arrival of Sora the next day. Soon he thought to himself we will be complete and Axel will mourn the chance he lost he smiled then went to sleep.
