When you lose something you can't replace...
We loved how he smelled, we loved his voice, we remembered his warm breath next to our skin, we remembered all the moments of happyness we'd shared, but, we knew that it could never last forever.
"Good bye my friend...but you were so much more to uss." Was the words hidden with grief that slipped from the carnivorous plant-mans mouth before he dug in on the flesh fading with warmth from the dead body of his one and only true love, the only one that'd made his life worth living, that had given him a meaning to live except for killing, someone to protect, but he'd failed.
His master, no, his lifepartner, was dead and he now lied dead in his arms, he did not breathe anymore.
The boys expression was empty and the sharingan in his eyes was the fading glow of a once bright red, with a faint smile on his lips a small reminder of the last words to escape his mouth, "Zetsu...-san."
It was just minutes ago, allthough at that moment, time seemed to freeze, a cold that not even the distant battle cries or loud explosions could chase away, the world was crumbling apart around them but at that second, nothing else mattered.
Then he realized that the end was near.
Not just this whole raging war, but his own, and he'd lost what he'd fought for, love lied dead in his arms, but if love died, then so would he and he would not make him dissapointed this time.
Zetsu sat in the middle of the mess of the greatest war known to mankind with the dead body in his arms, Tobi'd died of such a simple thing, no strong jutsu, it was all poison, a stab to his back and that was it.
Zetsu finished chewing and swallowed, he'd die here, because where Tobi went he'd follow.
...He'd been right of one thing though, Tobi tasted sweeter than anything he'd ever eaten.
"...I am coming for you Tobi." Zetsu both voices mumbled his last promise as he sank down over Tobi for the last time closing in his lips over his.

(...Before you hate me for this, this is meant to be a future!Death!Fic/Drabble and is meant to take place in SPOILER the big war that Pein supposedly want to have and I wanted to try writing a death scene where Tobi dies and Zetsu...well...follows him, because he would. And that's my opinnion. ...sob
Also, since Tobi died of poison that means that by Zetsu eating him he preforms suicide, and he knows that. Just to point that out and have it perfectly clear.
Sorry if it's too sad! But that's the point! I don't think anything I've written has made anyone cry before...so if this does then tell me because then I know I suceeded.
