(Murdoch's Suite)

The morning sun is shining through the curtains as William begins waking up.

He looks around and notices he's in a bed naked and he hears a woman sleeping beside him.

He hears her wake up and feels a hand touch and rub his shoulder.

He turns and lays flat on his back. The woman is Julia, who's naked as well with only the bed

sheets covering her from the waist down. William looks up and down admiring her curves and

can't believe how beautiful she is.

"morning Mrs. Murdoch" William says and smiles

"morning Mr. Murdoch" Julia says back and leans in and kisses him.

"I thought it was all a dream, but we actually did it, Julia. We got married and made love for the first time."

"yes we did, William. Also you are amazing in bed."

William laughs "really, Julia? I didn't hurt you?"

"no, William. You were so amazing and last night was the best I had ever had."

"me too, Julia, but it was my first time."

They both laugh

"you know, Julia, I had a dream a couple years ago, that's similar to this."

She sits up and places her elbow up on her pillow and leans on it, "really, William? Were we

naked?" she asks and places her hand on his chest and caresses it.

"no it was when I fell down the fire escape and was on best rest."

"oh, right after we broke up and you were courting Enid?"

"yes, when I was sleeping, my fever gave me weird dreams."

"what kind of weird dreams?"

"I was running up the fire escape, I than saw a blinding white light, than I saw you and you said William stop! The next thing I know is I went up to you and you didn't say anything but she caressed my cheek. I was about to ask you something when Enid approached behind me and I was about to ask her something when she told me too shush, but then I woke up."

"what do you think the dream meant William?"

"I think the dream meant that even though Enid and Alwyn was what I wanted everything in life, all I wanted was you. I then thought I woke up but it was another dream, where you touched and rubbed my shoulder and I layed on my back and you were in your camisole and bloomers and I was in my pajamas. Your hair was down, laying on your shoulders."

"did we talk, William?"

"yes I asked you, why life couldn't be like this and you said because we want different things. I wanted a marriage and a family and I said all I know is, I will never love anyone like I do you. Then you said I would fall in love with someone else but it wouldn't be the same. Love is like gravity, William; you just got to let yourself fall."

with tears in her eyes "what then happened, William?"

"I woke up and was disappointed you weren't in bed with me."

"hmm" says Julia

"But, Julia I can assure you. We can try to adopt in a year, but if nothing happens for us. I will always love you and will just be happy with us just being a family."

With more tears in her eyes Julia leans in and kisses him and lays down on his chest.

She looks up at him "no more sad talking William. Were together now and happily married, so let's enjoy this."

"yes I agree, Julia." He says and kisses her

"William you never told me where were going on our honeymoon."

"that's a surprise, Mrs. Murdoch"

"come on, William give me a hint."

"ok well we'll be travelling my train for a day, than ship for 2 days to our destination."

"ok so we won't be honeymooning in Europe?"

"sadly no."

"ok, can you give me another hint?"

"ok let's just say I listen to you of what places you would like to go and see."

"William that's endless places. Please one more hint."

"sorry, Julia, you will just have to wait and see."

"spoil sport"

William laughs "I can assure you Julia, you will love it."

She caresses his cheek "I know, I will, William" she kisses him and lays down on his chest.
