Kahn Souphanhousenpone, a Laotian family-man who had returned from Hades, personally overthrew his home country of Laos and became a dictator over the land. He had cheated Hank Hill, the new self-proclaimed Shinigami by escaping death.
Boomhauer, the man himself who lighted Hank's mist of propane. Boomhauer, after setting his former friend ablaze, had become a successful pornstar who later moved to Russia for of the loosened sex-laws and bought presidency from Putin by promising him half of his women so should he give him presidency.
Hank wrote their names on a notepad, tore out the paper and stuffed it in his pocket. "Bill, Kahn, Boomhauer. They all...must...die," Hank said to himself, walking down a broken-down Rainy Street, a place he once called home until Boomhauer stepped in and burned both Hank and his kingdom. He had to revive what few allies he kept, reassert his kingship over Rainy Street, reclaim his title as King of the Hill, send his enemies back into the depths of Hades, and only then could there be another normal day in Arlen. Hank stepped into his home, ready to plot his revenge. "This is going to be fun," Hank said to himself. He began to laugh maniacally.
