NB: Set after my trilogy. Alonso is the Doctor's lizard, and Raspberry is his Labrador.
That night Donna went over to Shaun's, and Jack had gone to to see Ianto; they dropped him off in Cardiff.
There was much more laughing involving Alonso.
Martha felt a sense of warmth and bliss sat on the bed with the Doctor and Raspberry, who was sleeping off listening to four puppies all day. The Doctor led her away later on to keep the puppies company.
They ended up having a shower together and sat down and tried to have a conversation over the noise of the water. She sat on his lap and he watched her shower, knelt over him.
They settled down and the Doctor stroked Alonso for a bit and Martha joined in, before he bounded away.

He moaned softly at her in the dark, and a idea came to her, she wandered over to the door, where there was spare tie hanging. She blindfolded him, and kept her distance for five minutes, moving if he caught up with her.
She cuddled him eventually, and put her foot strategically under the covers. She let him get so close but then denied him several times, even when he shouted in desperation. After about half an hour, she finally relented.
She stuck her tongue out at him, and he clung to her and was still there in the morning, and promptly enveloped her, when she awoke, stopping any chance of it turning into last night's game.
Alonso exploited the slightly open door and ran excitedly into the room and onto the Doctor's head, Martha jumped slightly as she opened her eyes to look into his, and thought for a second he had suddenly grown a second head.
Alonso promptly squeaked and ran away, and the Doctor pulled a face at the lizard's retreating back.
Afterwards the Doctor mused on Alonso's quirks, concluding insightfully he was a furry little bastard.
