i don't know why, but i just had a kind of spontaneous idea.

so, in honor of it being 7-7-07, i'm gonna write a story about our favorite blonde ninja's day today.

Naruto yawned and stretched his arms as he sat up in bed. 'What day is it?' He thought for a while before it came to him. "I've been waiting for this day!" The blonde yelled as he jumped out of bed and quickly got himself dressed. "Maybe if I ask Sakura-chan out today, she'll say yes! She has to! It's my lucky day today!"

He ran down the street when...

BAM!

He tripped and fell down on his face.

"Dammit..." Naruto muttered as he started to get up. "So much for lucky..." That's when he saw something out of the corner of his eye shining brightly in the sunlight.

Naruto, being the curious hyperactive knucklehead ninja he is, picked it up and saw that it was a penny. (A/n: yeah, i know they don't REALLY have pennies, but just go with it.)

"Wow! This has really gotta be my lucky day!" The blonde nin yelled excitedly.

Just then, some lady that wasn't paying attention threw a bucket full of water at him. Yeah, I know what you're thinking. It's just water, it'll dry. But, unfortuneately for Naruto, all of the water landed on a certain spot that made it look like he wet himself...

'Well, at least no one will see me like this...' He thought to himself.

And, to our ninja's frickin' luck, a couple of girls walked by, saw him, and giggled.

'I GOTTA GO CHANGE!' Naruto thought as he ran back to his place.

He was almost there and about to be home free when Hinata stopped him.

"H-Hi N-Naruto-kun." She said timidly.

"Um, Hinata, can we talk later? I'm kinda in a hurry." Naruto said. (A/n: I'm starting to feel bad for the guy and i'm the one writing this!)

Suddenly, both of them heard a distant rumbling coming closer and closer. "What's th-that?" Hinata asked Naruto. He shrugged and looked behind them and saw a cloud of dust rising. And then he heard people shouting something...hm...it kinda sounded like...

"Sasuke-kun!"

Fangirls! (A/n: lol, i don't know why, but that's funny to me.) That's when Naruto saw Sasuke running towards him. "Run!" His rival yelled at him when he ran past him.

Again to Naruto's misfortune, the fangirls were right behind him when he tried to run. So yeah, he got run over...by fangirls...that's gotta hurt since there were alot of them...

"THAT'S IT!!" Naruto yelled as he reached into his pocket to look for the penny he had found on the ground earlier. When he had it in his hand, he threw it as far as he could. "TAKE THAT YOU STUPID PENNY!"

Somewhere else...

Kiba was walking Akamaru when all of a sudden a penny hit him on the head.

"Ow! What the hell?" He picked up the penny and smiled. "Cool, it's my lucky day." Then, he felt something warm near his ankle. Kiba looked down and saw Akamaru...well, ya know...

"AKAMARU! What did I tell you about that?!"
