The TARDIS watched as the newly regenerated Doctor brooded over the loss of his people.
She had to do something.
She may never show it to anyone but she did have a corporeal form.
It couldn't exist outside of a mind but it would do for the plan she was quickly forming.
As she slowly wove the time stream together into a five petaled flower she sighed.
Her Doctor wouldn't listen to her if she simply tried to help him directly; he was much too stubborn for that.
A five-petaled Rose, given for safekeeping to people who would raise the young one to become a wonderful young lady.
Circumstances would bring her into her Doctor's life and he would have his happily ever after
He deserved the best, someone who cared for him, who would save him.
What better than the fruit of time itself?
He would never know.
She would explain it to the mother in a dream, give advice but not reveal anything.
After all saving her Doctor meant only good things for everyone else.

Many years later after Bad Wolf Bay, the TARDIS smiled wistfully and began stretching her hand across dimensions,
To slowly bring back the beautiful Lady who was the other half of the Doctor.
After all Rose Tyler and the Doctor are the perfect pair.
