"Can you tell me a bedtime story?" asked the little girl.

"Of course one would you like to hear tonight?" said her mother in hushed tones noticing the sleepiness of her daughter's did have a tiring day playing with her friends, running around and doing all the things children do,so she probably would want to hear a short story."Hmm.."said the little girl putting on a cute-yet-thoughtful face."Something new" she said in a decisive way."Oh dear, are you sure? you look very tired today"."Oh yes mommy!" she said emphatically."Why don't you tell me about the woman in that picture?" she said pointing to a picture which always hung on her wall though she never understood consisted of her mom and another lady, both very young and making goofy faces into the picture seemed to be taken at the edge of a huge lake with a huge willow tree which kept moving from side to mother looked at the picture and for a second, tears seemed to well up in her she blinked them at her mother's reaction, the little girl said in a small voice "..or you could read this" giving her Tales of Beedle the mother smiled at her with relief evident in her features and she thanked the gods for a thousandth time for blessing her with this beautiful child she could call her own and started reading her favorite story.

The two women laughed at the little girl dancing about in the picture with chocolate smeared all over her and a big toothless grin.My How much you have grown! the mother of the child thought And so fast! .It seemed like yesterday, she had to kiss her daughter goodnight and in a few days, she would see her daughter walk down the thought as how this would be their last Mother-Daughter time in a while and was about to say so when her daughter surprisingly turned sober and asked her "Mama, I have been wanting to ask this for a long time now and this will probably be the only time i will be able to ask this"."If it is about you Nan's recipe, then forget it.I'm only giving it to you after you learn how to cook" said her mother her daughter's next statement wiped the smile off her face

"Who was the lady in the picture which was on my bedroom wall?"

Her mother immediately sobered as years' worth of memories washed over her."Mum I know it's please.." her daughter a sigh which made her feel several years older, she said "I put that picture up as a reminder dear"."Of what?" asked her daughter, perplexed.

You can try to guess who the "mother" is a well known character in the series... guess there is nothing left to say except Please Review! [Too much? :P]
