I OWN NOTHING! I've been missing Ashley/Cinderella, and was really happy to see her in this week's episode so I figured I'd drop a one-shot. Also, I don't recall the show saying what the Hermans did in Storybrooke, so I decided on electronics, since that seems like it would be a fairly profitable business.
Ashley smiled and waved as the moms headed home with their babies. Yes, today had been a bit awkward with Emma and Mary-Margaret, but overall, she loved the life she had created for herself here. When the curse broke, she and Thomas had been eating lunch while he was on break and the baby napped. She had had to hold herself back from screaming and waking Alexandra, and the two of them ended up holding each other until she did wake up, wailing for a diaper change. He had stayed home until they heard a knock on the door to see his father there, wringing his hands in anxiousness and apologizing so profusely Ashley was worried when he didn't stop for breath. Not two weeks later, they had moved back in with him, Thomas becoming a partner in his father's company and Ashley starting the mommy support group.
"Hello there" Thomas murmured in her ear, coming in from behind her and wrapping his arms around her waist. "How are all the little devils?"
"They're wonderful," she replied, turning in his embrace to peck him on the lips. "But this one could use some attention from her daddy. And how is your day going?"
"Of course," He said, gently lifting Alexandra from her arms. "My day is going well. We've started giving lessons to the new people on how to use different devices. Even some of the people who have been here before are a bit fuzzy, so they come for refreshers. Its been great for business has been growing. And now a get to spend time with my favorite girls."
Ashley laughed, remembering Aurora's comment about the CD player. "I can see how that would be helpful," she commented, passing along the story while her husband chuckled. They might not be in the Enchanted Forest, Ashley thought to herself as she took her husband's hand and they headed to Granny's for an early dinner, but her life was pretty magical nonetheless.
