Hi! I got this idea when some guy at my school spilled juice on my favorite book on purpose. But he's probably still at the nurse for injuries that I did not cause.
Disclaimer: I do not own the 39 clues or The Little Princess.

Before the Clue hunt:
Amy was reading one of her favorite books, The Little Princess, when a voice behind her said, "Hey geek."
The book was snatched out of her hands. A guy named Raymond who liked to bully her about being smart and a bookworm had her book in his left hand, an open can of soda in his right hand, and a smirk on his face. He tipped the soda can towards her book when she realized what he was going to do.
"D-d-don't s-s-s-spill the s-s-s-soda p-p-p-please," Amy stuttered.
"Why?" he sneered. "It's just a worthless, boring book."
"J-just l-l-leave it a-alone," Amy cried.
"I will after I ruin this book," Raymond said, tipping the soda onto the book.
Amy watched in horror as the soda turned the used book into a pile of wet mush. Raymond dumped it on Amy's head, laughed, and walked away. Amy gingerly took the book from her head and looked at it. She started to cry into her hands and thought that she will never be able to save her books from Raymond.
After the clue hunt:
A few months after the clue hunt, Amy sat on the steps of the library when a shadow loomed over her.
"Hello geek." Raymond's hand reached to grab Amy's book but her reflexes were faster.
"G-go away Raymond. I don't want to hurt you." Amy said.
"Yeah right. Just because you can dodge, doesn't mean anything." Raymond sneered.
He splashed Amy and her book with some soda. Amy became really angry.
"How dare you splash me AND my book with soda!" Amy punched him in the stomach and did some karate moves on him. Raymond tripped her and she fell to the ground.
"Raymond! Why did you ruin this lovely young lady's book, tripped her, and spilled soda on her?" Raymond's mom helped Amy up.
"That could be my book she ruined!"
"She's on the floor and you hate to read books! Don't talk back to me. You're grounded for 2 months! And you're paying her for the book you ruined. Now let's go. And young lady," his mom referred to Amy. "I apologize for his behavior."
"It's okay, but maybe he should be grounded for an extra month. And take away his video games," Amy suggested.
"You're right. Thank you for the suggestion." Raymond's mom walked away while holding Raymond's hand. Amy smiled to herself.
