It is Saturday, the morning of my 19th birthday. I roll over and look at the clock, it's 10:19. "Shit, people are going to be here in 10 minutes!" I yell as I frantically grab my clothes and run into the shower. I get out just in time to hear a knock at my door. I run downstairs and swing the door open to my best friends of all time.

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Madi, happy birthday to you!" Ethan and Olivia yell, while Louise, Phoebe and Emilie try to join in but end up laughing instead. "Come in guys," I reply whilst laughing. We all walk into the living room and collapse on the floor laughing.

"So," Olivia began, "I've got some things planned for today.." Her voice trails off, as if she was waiting for an answer. "I don't really want to do anything today Livi," I complain. "Oh, so you don't want to go to the Doctor Who convention then..." She says teasingly. "Oh that's just not fair! So when is it?" "It's in 20 minutes, so get dressed now!" Louise yells like a retarded.I bolt upstairs like my life depends on it and change into my 'trust me I'm the doctor' shirt, my Doctor Who logo leggings and my dalek converse shoes, and race downstairs again.

"Too much Doctor Who stuff?" I ask "You can never have too much Doctor Who stuff," replies Ethan with a tone, that obviously meant that he was teasing. "So what's the plan?" I ask impatiently. "Well, Livi's ready, so she'll take you thee now, and we will go home, change and meet you there," phoebe says ecstatically.

I walk Phoebe, Emilie, Ethan and Louise out and close the door. Olivia and I are almost out the door when I remember, my sonic screwdriver, I left it in my room! "WAIT!" I scream. "WHAT?" Livi screams, imitating my tone. "I left my sonic screwdriver behind, I'll be back." I run upstairs frantically, grab my sonic screwdriver and my phone, lock the door, run out to the car with livi, and jump in the passenger seat. "We are going to have so much fun!" Olivia says whilst reversing the car out the driveway.

"Oh, and someone else in coming too." "Oh, ok, who?" I ask suspiciously "It's my friend. His name is Logan and he is a really big whovian. You two will love each other." "Sounds good to me," I say, turning my head to look out the window.
