An unimaginable pain, nobody can stand. A hell that no one should ever endure. That's all love is; hurt after hurt, heartbreak after heartbreak. Everybody thinks that Hades, Ares, or even Zeus is the worst god, the god that causes the most pain. But they're wrong, they're all wrong. They don't see what I see, don't know what I know.
Aphrodite, you are by far the most evil and heartless of all the gods. You make a girl feel like she's flying, she's in love. But she wonders if he loves her back, you make him clueless to her feelings, for the love she has for him. Whether she knows it or not, that eats away at her heart. When finally, he realizes how he feels, he's ready for her. They're happy, but that's not what you want, is it? No, you don't want a happy couple; you want a 'good tragic story'.
You don't care about how that affects them as long as it amuses you. You're not affected by the pain she feels when she finds out about him getting drunk and cheating on her. The fact that her heart is shattering, causing an excruciating pain that never goes away, that doesn't bother you. You don't care that people have killed themselves over a broken heart! You love the tragedy of it, the fact that he loved her so much he'd kill himself for her. That's not the case Aphrodite, you drive people mad!
When a couple is happy you have to pull some strings and ruin it. I've seen what you've done to Percy and Annabeth. They were happy, in love. So close to being together, but you didn't like that, so you threw Rachel in the mix. Did it bother you that Percy was confused, that Annabeth's heart broke when she saw them together? What about Rachel, huh? Did it bother you that she fell in love with Percy and had to watch as he realized his love for Annabeth?
I don't see how you can put anybody through this, let alone your own daughter! Piper was so hurt and lost when she found out everything she knew, and liked about Jason was a lie. None of it was real; the love she thought he returned was a lie. They wound up together yes, but what about Reyna? She and Jason were happily in love, and then he vanished. When he comes back he has a new girlfriend and Reyna is just friend? I couldn't imagine that, the pain.
Zoe and Hercules, was that necessary? She helped him, gave up her family and friends for him! Only to be betrayed and thrown away like last week's nectar.
Making Leo fall in love with Calypso, how sick are you? You know she is forbidden from leaving that island yet you keep making her fall in love with people who leave. Only this time, Leo loved her. But, he had a duty to his friends and everyone else that cared about him. He couldn't stay, as much as he wanted to, as much as his heart was screaming at him to stay, he couldn't.
Hazel isn't from this time so she's was confused enough without you screwing with her love life. She didn't need to be confused between Leo and Frank. Because, she loves Frank, it's always been Frank, but I guess you'll find another way to mess that up to won't you?
Nico liking Percy, we both know that will never happen! So why, why would you put that boy through so much pain? Every time he's near Percy his heart breaks a little more until it shatters. Yet, you've never felt that before, have you? No, I suppose not. Everybody always swoons over you, lusts after you. You might be beautiful on the outside Aphrodite, but your beauty is just skin deep.
