Protect
A/N: This is my try at a BxB fic. For any of those fans…
Boss slicked back his hair, only to have it flick back to its original position. He sighed, "Maybe I shouldn't." He pondered "But I must!" He grabbed his white rose from his dresser and walked into the main room of the clubhouse.
There sat Bijou fixing her ribbons then brushing out her hair, she looked beautiful.
The other's had gone outside to play acorn soccer, so he had time. Boss slipped back into his room before Bijou noticed he was even around.
"No! I can't be afraid!" He stood up strait and looked into the mirror one more time, before strutting back towards Bijou.
"B-B-B-B-Bijou?"
"Oui?" She said looking into her mirror
"Um,"
"Are you ok Boss?"
"I wanted to talk to you."
"Well?" she finally looked at him crossing her legs and putting her hands in her lap
"F-follow me." Boss was going to take one of her paws but he realized they were sweating hard enough to slide across a bumpy table smoothly.
"Ok." Bijou jumped out of her seat gracefully and looked at Boss with her enchanting eyes.
Boss led her to a tree with pink blossoms, they were to bloom in about two minutes.
He had Maxwell calculate the exact time.
"Bijou, There's something."
"Yes Boss?"
"I have been meaning to tell you something."
The pink flowers bloomed overhead one by one they proved their beauty as if in a contest.
Boss put his hands behind his back making it looked like he was holding them and rocked back and forth, hitting his back in an attempt to dry them.
When they were just the way he wanted them, Bijou had started talking "Well, Boss if you had wanted to show this to me it's very pretty. I'll just be going now?"
"No, no wait!"
Boss grabbed her paw and pulled her with him up the tree she tripped a few times and Boss had to grip her paw a bit tighter.
She whimpered these times, finally they reached the top of the tree and Boss grasped both of her hands. "Bijou, I-I-I love you!"
"Oh, Boss. I love you too!"
She kissed him gently on the lips and leaned on his shoulder as they watched the sun set. Finally being able to let out their feelings for the one person, they loved with all their hearts. He handed her the rose, happy his feelings for her were returned.
Two weeks later, the two got married and Boss had promised that he would protect her.
Always… and Forever.
