Stopped

When they hugged, her heart stopped.

When they were together, her heart stopped.

When their lips touched, her heart skipped a beat. Then stopped cold.

She was in love.

No one believed her, they said 'It's just a silly school girl crush.' Then they walked away laughing.

The only one who knew it was real was Bijou.

Sandy was walking through a flower field, full of sunflower seeds. Her boyfriend always said she looked beautiful, no matter what.

"Does he truly love me?"

Of course, he does why would he chose me over all my other pretty friends.

Sandy said down and started to play with the flowers that surrounded her.

She giggled when she thought of him.

He was wonderful.

He was amazing.

He was perfect.

He was everything she needed and wanted.

If she had to chose one thing she needed to survive.

She would chose him.

"Would he chose me?"

Amazingly true.

When Sandy looked down she saw she arranged the flowers to spell his name.

Even his name was perfect.

Do our names sound perfect together?

Yes.

Do our names twine together to spell something beautiful?

Yes.

Sandy looked up at the bright blue sky her red dress spread out beneath her.

She watched the puffy white clouds drift by, each was individual.

She looked around her yellow and wonderful.

Her dress was sprinkled with yellow.

Here he came Sandy's boyfriend.

Sandy ran to him and wrapped her fragile arms around him.

"Sandy I can't believe I found you."

"I know I can't believe it either."

"A beautiful girl in a beautiful place."

Sandy looked up at him

"It's a perfect match."

Sandy blushed.

"Would you like to go walk on the beach?"

"Yes."

As they twined their hands together and walked down the beach Sandy stood still.

She turned towards him and spoke in a soft voice, "I love you Maxwell."

As she pushed her lips to his her heart skipped a beat. Then stopped cold. Love.
