Chapter 1
"Shit. First day of my new school and i'm already late." Katniss said to herself as she realized her mom and sister already left before her. She also realized that her alarm clock didn't even go off either.
She finally got dressed in a blue dress that her mother layed out for her and braided her hair how her mother usually does it. She looked at herself and mirror and said "Try getting people to like me this time Kat"
My names Katniss Everdeen. I'm 16 years old and I've been bullied since I was a little kid for being the biggest nerd ever. Every school that I went to I was always the one raising my hand and pretty much being a overachiever. My moms keeps losing her job so we have to move around a lot.
Where we live. Our schools are werid. They have the crazest names ever. Like District 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. They all teach all the same but they have specifically good in a certain area. I've been In pretty much almost all of them. Besides 1 and 2. I'm going to District 2.
