Once upon a time, there were two very vast and very lovely kingdoms.
To the left was the Kingdom of Blues, where seas and skies filled every inch of the land. The grass was a chilly teal, the skies varied from midnight to a calm sky and the moon had it's own view overhead every hour of the day. The light shifted from bright, icy blues in the morning to pitch black in the nights.
To the right was the Kingdom of Reds, where fire and mountains sculpted the land. The grass was dry but living, the skies varied from crimson to burnt orange and the beating sun stalked each and every inhabitant 24/7. The light shifted from soft auburn reds in the morning to dark, heavy maroons in the nights.
Each kingdom was ruled by a beautiful queen, who had a set of knights to keep away any harm or evil that threatened to so much as prick her delicate
feminine skin. These knights were loyal and burly, hefty and trained in the fine arts of chivalry. They bowed when appropriate, knelt when appropriate and swore when appropriate.
The queens loved their knights and kingdoms very much, but had recently become down.
The Queen of Reds had sent two of her finest knights to scour the rival kingdom in hopes of finding out more information on a rumor being passed around. They had returned with crude drawings of a rather majestic flag blowing the the wind in a color that the queen had never seen before.
The Queen of the Blues had sent two of her own finest knights as well to dig up some dirt on the rival kingdom. They had returned with delicate carvings of a strangely-colored flag that certainly caught the queen's attention.
Both queens had settled their stubborn little heads about what the wanted and sent a team of their loyal and dashing knights to retrieve the rival kingdom's flags and bring them back to their respective kingdoms.
The knights, eager to please and much too adventurous to say no, agreed and set out on their journeys with one goal in mind: Capture the Flag.
