Sarah was sat next to Amanda in the front room, her adoptive mother, she leant into her and smiled "Love you Mommy" she said softly and rather child-like as she snuggled into her side
Amanda grinned, she was happy to have a daughter, she loved her and only wished she could be hers, "I love you too my princess" she said softly as she held her in her arms.
It was a warm summers day, and they were curled up together comfortably, when Duncan entered the room, he smiled and leant over to kiss his wife softly upon her cherry flavored lips, him and Sarah had married five months ago now, and both were blissfully happy.

Sarah leant back into her mother as Duncan sat beside her, she whispered to him, "Ani Le Dodi Ve Dodi Li"
Duncan looked confused, "Erm...I don't know what that means" he said blushing
Amanda grinned, she understood every word her daughter spoke
Sarah kissed him softly, "I am my beloved, My beloved is mine" she said with a smile
Duncan grinned and kissed her lovingly, repeating the saying back to her with a happy smile, secretly wishing they could have a child together, but knowing the price of immortality was that he could not have children at all, not even with his soulmate.
