Disclaimer: the Harry Potter books do not belong to me, as much as I wish they did, they don't and never will.
It was Halloween night nineteen years after the war had ended. Harry and Ginny were sitting at home calmly with a nine year old Lilly with James and Albus away at Hogwarts all was quiet.
"Hey I'm going for a walk Ginny" I said smiling at my wife
"All right dear, I will go put Lilly to bed" Ginny said back smiling
"But I don't want to sleep, I'm not tired" Lilly wined
Smiling I walked out the door and Ginny turned back to Lilly. We both knew as soon as Lilly was put to bed she would fall asleep.
Stepping out into the night the cold air surrounded me, and a gentle wind brushed past me as I walked onto the side walk. Not a living soul, everything was quiet, turning around to look in the upstairs window of the house. Ginny was there, you could see her shadow on the curtains trying to get Lilly to lay in bed. Smiling I turn forward to continue walking. I take in a quick breath in shock, as a man clothed in black ran straight into me, falling back, my instincts tell me to grab my wand, but I stop my hand in min- movement. Always reaching for my wand at everything was something of the past, during the war.
"You should watch were you're going" a cold voice said that I have heard a thousand times but could not place.
"Sorry, I guess I was not paying attention" I say back smiling the man slowly got up as and as I did the same, his face was covered with a black hood,
"Obviously, You alright black" he asked his dog gruffly, who looked like a Scottish deer-hound.
"Happy Halloween" he said soon walking off.
Turning around to say the same, he was gone like smoke disappeared into the night. Shaking my head to rid the ridicules thoughts that were running thought my head about the man and his dog; I continue walking down the street.
This is my first story, I hope it was not confusing, in case it was I had the sprite of Snape and Sirius come back to see Harry, like a way to show that they don't hate each other anymore or not as much
And sorry if it was really short.
